Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By requesting a quote or placing an order with CrestWear Promotions you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
2. Quotes & Orders
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed approval and required deposit. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3. Artwork & Approvals
You are responsible for ensuring all artwork and content submitted to us is accurate and that you have the rights to use it. A digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. Once you approve a proof, CrestWear Promotions is not liable for errors contained in the approved design.
4. Payment
A deposit (typically 50%) is required before production commences. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping or pickup. Overdue accounts may be subject to a 1.5% per month late fee.
5. Turnaround & Delivery
Production timelines begin after artwork approval and deposit receipt. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Rush production is available at an additional charge and is subject to capacity.
6. Returns & Reprints
Custom-decorated products are non-refundable unless there is a production defect or error on our part. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with supporting photos. Approved claims will be reprinted or credited at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the value of the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
