What is the minimum order quantity?

Most products have no minimum order — you can order as few as one. Some specialty or fully custom items start at 6 units. We'll always confirm in your quote before you commit.

How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from the time your artwork is approved. Rush production (3–5 days) and urgent options (under 3 days) are available — just let us know your deadline when you request a quote.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

Vector files are ideal — AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPEG (300 dpi or higher) also works for most decoration methods. Not sure about your file? Send it over and we'll take a look at no charge.

Do you provide artwork help?

Yes. Basic logo setup and file preparation is included at no cost. If you need design work from scratch — like a new logo or custom graphic — we can discuss that as a separate project.

What decoration methods are available?

We offer screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, heat transfer, and UV printing for hard goods. The best method depends on your product, quantity, and design — we'll recommend the right fit in your quote.

Can I see a sample before placing a full order?

Yes, physical samples are available for most products. Sample fees apply and are credited back against your order if you proceed. Digital proofs are provided free before any production begins.

Do you ship across the GTA and beyond?

We serve all six boroughs of Toronto (Old Toronto, East York, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, and York) and the full Greater Toronto Area including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, and surrounding regions. Shipping across Canada is also available.

Can you work with sports teams, schools, or non-profits?

Absolutely — these are some of our most common customers. Whether it's jerseys for a rec league, spirit wear for a school fundraiser, or branded gear for a charity event, we've got you covered.

How do I get a quote?

Fill out the quote form on our homepage. Tell us what you need, your approximate quantity, and your timeline. We'll review your request and send back a detailed quote — usually within one business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque. A deposit is required to begin production; the balance is due before shipping or pickup.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We stand behind our work. If there's a production error or quality issue on our end, we'll reprint or refund — no hassle. Get in touch within 5 business days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
